Haiti
Haiti is a predominantly Christian nation where Roman Catholicism (approx. 55%) and a rapidly growing Protestant sector (approx. 35%) coexist with a deep-rooted practice of Vodou. While many Haitians officially identify as Christian, the country is famous for its religious syncretism, with a large portion of the population participating in Vodou as a foundational cultural and spiritual system.
CCI began its training ministry in Haiti in 2006. There are 2 Regional Coordinators, 3 Area Coordinators, and 18 teachers presently leading 19 classes going throughout the country with over 227 students in training.
God continues to expand this ministry through the Country Coordinator, Doret Jean’s leadership, the dedicated CCI staff, and 620 graduates who are actively serving in local churches. Together, they are equipping men and women to become mature, reproducing disciples of Jesus Christ, strengthening local churches, and advancing God’s work throughout the country.
Your gift of any amount is important to help equip pastors who are multiplying the Word of God to many people. Will you partner with us to equip leaders in Haiti?
