The Challenge:

1. 95% of pastors (2.2 million) in the church worldwide are without formal theological training.

2. According to Window International Network (WIN), more than two-thirds of the world’s population (4 billion people) live in the 10/40 window (North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia) and are considered unreached by the gospel.

3. Without well-equipped church leaders, new believers are often led astray by false teachings.

HOW CCI EQUIPS & MULTIPLIES LEADERS FOR THE HARVEST:

 

1. EQUIPPING – We equip national pastors and church leaders with comprehensive training, consisting of 520 in-class hours, under the guidance of a Christlike, mature leader who guides the student through the process of acquiring the ministry skills, Bible knowledge and Christlike character to serve effectively.

2. ENTRUSTING – As classes grow in a given area or country, we wait for the Lord to point us to a faithful man who we entrust the ministry and the resources to oversee this ministry.

3. MULTIPLICATION – As leaders are equipped, they train others who train others. As a result, the training is multiplied.
