Equippers focus their ministry on multiplication. In 2 Timothy 1:13-14, Paul encourages Timothy to be an equipper. We believe the local church is the best place to train and equip people for God’s work. Our mission emphasizes relationships and life impact. Local pastors serve as teachers who communicate sound doctrine and model it through their lives, passing it on to faithful students. This is what leads to a sustainable and multiplying ministry.
