Vietnam: New Year, New Blessings

Praise God, after Christmas and the New Year, we have another new year—the Lunar New Year holiday. It is a big national event when families reunite or take a break. However, going back to the hometown to reunite with family has become difficult for most families far from home because of rising prices. It is very difficult to buy bus or plane tickets during this time.

Our family decided to go to Cambodia for a vacation. This was also the first time I took my whole family abroad. With Sitha’s help, our family experienced visiting churches and visiting the Vietnamese pastor, where a CCI class is held. We spent time praying, encouraging the organization, and urging the class to run smoothly. Our family also visited two churches, Sitha’s in Phnompenh and a church in the suburbs, where I had the opportunity to share and encourage the congregations. Read More
