Indian Subcontinent: What’s the Word

As I read through the Book of Acts, I recognize how central the Scriptures were. As I reflected, some memories came to mind. I would share the gospel in my day-to-day life, whether it was a stop at a gas station, a market, a mechanic shop, etc. Over time, people came to know what I was about. Their greeting to me was “What’s the Word?” They were not looking for just any word. They were looking for the Word. I was able to share with them what I was reading since I had regular study habits. Today, people are still asking for the Word.

You and I have joined God in His work to spread Jesus among His people. Though the gospel has been taken very far, there are still people who have not heard the name of Jesus. We can still do more. We can still train more. Let’s send someone who is equipped so that when they are asked, “What’s the Word?” The best answer will be given. Friend, your participation is vital.
