April was an encouraging month as we celebrated God’s work through graduations, new ministry opportunities, and expanding partnerships throughout North America. On April 25, I traveled to Florida for a combined graduation celebration for two CCI classes.
Please also pray for several new classes that will begin over the next few months in Florida, Tennessee, Hawaii, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic. We are grateful to see doors continuing to open for biblical training in many different regions.
In Haiti, our team traveled to the Nippes and Artibonite regions to conduct orientations and prepare for new training sites. We also held an orientation for Haitian refugees in the Dominican Republic, as preparations are underway for a new class in Santo Domingo this June. We are thankful for these opportunities to continue equipping leaders even in difficult and unstable circumstances.
The ministry in Mexico is also expanding rapidly through the faithful efforts of Keith and the local leaders serving alongside him. Please pray for this growing team as they continue equipping believers for church ministry and leadership.
One exciting opportunity developing in Mexico is a potential partnership with Agua Viva Seminary in Mexicali. Keith is planning a visit to explore ways the CCI curriculum could support their existing programs, including a four-year bachelor’s degree and a one-year “diplomado” program. While the bachelor’s program has limited flexibility, there may be opportunities to incorporate the CCI curriculum into select courses, such as worship and doctrine classes. This partnership could also create future opportunities for pastors to pursue recognized religious certification in Mexico. Read the Full Update
