Pastors are called not only to shepherd but to equip new pastors and church leaders, intentionally identifying and developing those who will carry the ministry forward. The role of pastors and church leaders is primarily to equip the saints for the work of ministry (Eph. 4:11–12). This equipping involves imparting the tools necessary for effective ministry: understanding the Bible, knowing and defending sound doctrine, sharing the gospel clearly, and serving faithfully in the local church with our gifts, abilities, and resources.
The word “crossing” reflects the call to cross cultures. In Christ, we are not limited by ethnicity, language, or background. We share one identity as God’s people, united as one family and one body in Jesus Christ.
A central focus of the CCI ministry is developing leaders who demonstrate the right attitude and biblical perspective toward God’s church. When God calls individuals to serve as pastors or leaders, they must be faithful not only in teaching but also in preparing others with the truth and principles of God’s Word. Read the Full Update
