Although there are now more Bible training programs and Bible schools in Thailand, they still do not meet local needs for biblical training, especially among tribal communities with limited access to comprehensive Bible education.
I recently had the opportunity to help teach Akha tribal leaders in Book 6, Personal Spiritual Life. Many of these leaders have served God faithfully for many years, yet they have never received sufficient biblical and theological training. Some have never even studied the basic foundations of Christian doctrine or theology. This lack of training has created opportunities for false teachings and false teachers to spread throughout Thailand.
Every year, many false teachers come to deceive and take advantage of leaders and believers who lack a solid foundation in God’s Word. This is a very sad reality.
However, we thank God for the ministry of CCI, which is helping equip and strengthen these leaders with biblical truth and sound principles so they can develop effective ministry skills and serve God more faithfully. Read the Full Update
