CCI began ministry training in Thailand in 2002, serving a nation of more than 71.6 million people where 92-95% of the population is Buddhist and only about 1% is Evangelical Christian. In a place where access to biblical training is limited, CCI comes alongside local churches to equip leaders who are eager to serve their communities with the truth of God’s Word.

To make training accessible and meaningful, the CCI curriculum has been translated into Karen, Kachin, Lisu, and Lahu—allowing pastors and church leaders to learn in their heart languages. Today, more than 2,000 leaders are being trained, many of whom previously had no opportunity for formal Bible education.

Across the country, the CCI National Director is investing in people by developing Area Coordinators and Certified Trainers who provide leadership, encouragement, and oversight. These men and women are the backbone of the ministry, helping ensure the training continues to grow and reach new areas.

Area Coordinators teach classes, help start new classes, and organize workshops that equip pastors and church leaders who are faithfully serving but have little access to theological training. As these leaders return to their churches, they begin training others and often partner with nearby congregations to expand the ministry throughout their regions.

The result is a beautiful picture of multiplication—lives transformed as people come to Christ, believers growing as disciples, and churches strengthened and planted as trained leaders pass on what they have learned.

Your gift of any amount is important to help equip pastors who are multiplying the Word of God to many people. Will you partner with us to equip leaders in Thailand?
