Vietnam: Making Disciples Versus Raising Children

In the Bible, Jesus not only called people to believe in Him but also commanded: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations” (Matt 28:19). Discipleship is not a short-term course but a long journey similar to raising children. When we look at the similarities between these two processes, we can learn many valuable lessons about building disciples for Christ.

Just as a child must be born to begin the journey of life, a person must be born again by the Holy Spirit (John 3:3) to become a true disciple.
