From the President: Equip One. Reach Many.

High in the mountains surrounding Chiang Mai, remote villages are home to the Lawa people, one of Thailand’s oldest indigenous tribes. Families farm corn and other crops to survive. Roads are rough, travel is difficult, and access to formal biblical education is extremely limited.

Churches exist in many of these villages. Believers are sincere, and pastors are willing to serve. The challenge has never been passion. The need has been equipping.

For decades, Jimmy faithfully pastored a local church in Chiang Mai. Over the years, many believers matured and grew strong in their faith. Yet as he looked across the mountainous regions of northern Thailand, he saw a greater need. Church leaders were serving without structured discipleship, theological depth, or ongoing mentoring. When Jimmy encountered the ministry of CCI, he recognized a biblical solution to a widespread problem. Read the Full Update
